تولید روزانه صد تن Raw milk که مطابق استانداردهای روز می باشد و در شرکت های برتر تولید لبنیات کشور استفاده می شود.
پرورش سالانه ۳۰۰۰ گوساله نر پرواری با بالاترین کیفیت از نظر خوراک دام و کیفیت گوشت دام همچنین لازم به ذکر است کود تولیدی توسط دام در این مجتمع دارای بالاترین کیفیت طبق آزمایش های انجام شده و اقرار خریداران و کشاورزان می باشد.
از بخش های دیگر این مجموعه میتوان به:
تصفیه خانه آب مجتمع که به صورت روزانه آب استخراجی از چاه مجتمع را تصفیه و سختی گیری کرده که پس از کلرزنی به مصرف مجتمع می رسد. تصفیه خانه فاضلاب این مجتمع قابلیت تصفیه۷۵۰متر مکعب پساب را دارد و پساب تصفیه شده به مصارف کشاورزی و ملزومات مجتمع میرسد.
مجتمع شیر و دام علینقیان در حال حاضر با اشتغال مستقیم ۱۲۰نفر و صدها نفر به صورت غیر مستقیم به عنوان یک دامداری صنعتی خصوصی برتر در زمینه تولید و امنیت غذایی کشور مشغول به فعالیت می باشد. روند حرکتی این مجتمع بر مبنای یک رویکرد مدیریتی صحیح به نحوی بنا شده که کلیه فرآیندها با هم افزایی دانش و تجربه به صورت یکسان و هماهنگ پیگیری شوند.
